この度ＡＰＦＳでは外国人を対象とした、恒例の無料健康診断をおこないます。在留資格は問いません。なるべく多くの方にご参加いただけるよう、家族、友人、みんなに声をかけてぜひお越しください。

10:30?16:00 ※受付は15:00で終了となります。
内容：胸部レントゲン写真、血圧測定、尿検査、身体計測、医科相談、歯科相談、栄養相談
通訳：英語、タガログ語、ビルマ語、ベンガル語、ネパール語、フランス語予定
場所：板橋区立グリーンホール 1Fホール

This coming September 15, APFS and Service for Health Asian and African Region (SHARE) will hold free medical checkup as usual. Every foreigner is able to undergo it. We will not ask about your Visa status. We hope many foreigners participate. So please invite your families and friends to it.
● Date: Sunday 15 September, 2013 10:30AM-4: 00PM ※The acceptance time is until 3:00PM.
● Substance: X-ray of the chest, Blood pressure measurement, Urine test, Physical examination, Medical consultation, Dental consultation and Nutrition consultation
● Interpretation: English, Bengali, Burmese ,Tagalog, Nepali（be scheduled） and French（be scheduled）
● Venue: Itabashi-ku Green Hole
（5 minutes from Ooyama station North exit on Toubu Toujou line or 5 minutes from itabashikuyakushomae A2 exit on Toeichikatetsumitasen）
