コース詳細
専門的なスキルを身につけ、非営利NGOの運営について学びたいと考える方のためのコースです。クラスでは、NGOが抱える具体的な問題について解決策を探り、こうした問題に対応するための分野横断的なアプローチを実際に計画します。オンライン・リーディングを通して、手法や課題、ケーススタディを学びます。授業では、積極的にディスカッションやグループワークに参加して、クラス・プロジェクトを完成させます。

Nonprofit NGO Management (Spring 2012)
* focuses on the development of the basic management skills needed to run a nonprofit NGO. Course themes include project, organizational structure, human resources, volunteer, development, funds, fundraising and day-to-day operations management. Online readings introduce basic skills, techniques, issues and case studies. This course is for anyone interested in developing their organizational skills and learning about nonprofit NGOs. Participants are expected to be active in class discussion, group work and complete a class project. |
