But things don’t always go as planned. Miscommunication can be frustrating and can have a negative impact on our work. Habits, assumptions and perspectives greatly influence what we understand and how we are understood. In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll strengthen your communication skills and improve your confidence to be more effective in your work.
