Course themes include project, organizational structure, human resources, volunteer, development, funds, fundraising and day-to-day operations management. Online readings introduce basic skills, techniques, issues and case studies. This course is for anyone interested in developing their organizational skills and learning about nonprofit NGOs. Participants are expected to be active in class discussion, group work and complete a class project. |
